Apple rings in cream dough for Christmas
For 12 pieces:

Ingredients

30 grams of oil and frying fat to bake
60 grams sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs (yellow and white separately)
125 gram flour
1/8 liter cream
25 grams grated nuts
2 tablespoons rum
3 medium sized apples

Instructions

Whisk 30 grams oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk creamy.
