Apple pie with lawyer and calvados
Ingredients

Butter to grease
1.6 kg of small apples (about 12 pieces)

4 eggs

2 tablespoons calvados
200 ml of oil
200 ml + 2-3 tablespoons of lawyer
250 grams + 1 tablespoon of flour
1 bag of baking powder
Powdered sugar
125 ml of whipped cream

Istructions

Grease a spring form of 28 cm.

Peel 600 grams of apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Remove the core and sprinkle the wedges with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Beat the eggs, 150 grams of sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt
Foamy in about 8 minutes. mix in the calvados.
Add the oil and 200 ml of lawyer gradually.

Sift 250 grams of flour and the baking powder over the batter and stir in briefly.
