Oil bulbs with rösti, raisins and apple

Ingredients

200 grams Aviko rösti thawed
100 grams raisins
450 ml of milk
515 grams flour
1 egg
10 grams salt
2 sachets dried yeast (a 7 grams)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 fresh and sour apple ( e.g. gold renet or elstar )
Powdered sugar
Sunflower oil, to fry
Food processor or mixer

Preparation

The raisins for 15 minutes in lukewarm water (apple juice or rum is also tasty)
Heat the milk to lukewarm.

Beat in the food processor or with the mixer of 500 grams flour, egg, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar.

The lukewarm milk and 10 grams of salt a smooth batter.

Beat the batter for another 5 minutes at low speed.
