120 ml sunflower oil<br />
175 grams light brown caster sugar<br />
1/2 orange , grater<br />
1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
2 eggs<br />
200 grams zucchini , grated<br />
200 grams flour<br />
1 tablespoon baking powder<br />
1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
100 grams white raisins<br />
75 grams pecan nuts, roughly chopped<br />
For the glaze<br />
2 tablespoons full-fat yogurt<br />
125 grams caster sugar<br />

Instructions<br />
<br />
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.<br />
Grease an elongated 25cm cake tin with butter and coated <br />
The bottom and two sides with baking paper.<br />
<br />
Put the sunflower oil, light brown caster sugar, orange zest,<br />
And put the salt in a bowl and beat it lightly for a few minutes.<br />
Add both eggs and beat the mixture briefly.<br />
Spatula the grated zucchini, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon<br />
Through the mixture.<br />

Finally, stir the raisins and chopped pecan nuts into the batter.<br />

350 ml power broth chicken (the recipe is from bush) that I have also used<br />
3 pots of water<br />
400 grams Thai stir fry mix<br />
250 ml coconut milk<br />
50 ml soy sauce<br />
2 teaspoon sambal<br />
Handful of coriander<br />

Instructions<br />

Put the contents of the pot of power broth chicken in a pan, and add 3 pots of water.<br />
Bring slowly to a boil, then turn the heat low.<br />
<br />
Add the Thai stir fry mix, coconut milk, soy sauce and sambal.<br />
Let the soup cook gently for 10 minutes.<br />
<br />
Chop the coriander coarsely and garnish the soup with it, just before serving.<br />

Note: Nice with a krustie or other sandwich.</div>

The raisins for 15 minutes in lukewarm water (apple juice or rum is also tasty)<br />
Heat the milk to lukewarm.<br />

Beat in the food processor or with the mixer of 500 grams flour, egg, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar. <br />

The lukewarm milk and 10 grams of salt a smooth batter.<br />

Beat the batter for another 5 minutes at low speed.<br />

Finally, mix the arched cranberries and the chopped white chocolate through the batter and scoop it into the shape.<br />
Bake the cake in 35 – 45 minutes until cooked.<br />
Let the cake cool down in the shape.<br />

For the ganache, bring the whipped cream with the honey in a saucepan to the boil.<br />
Pour the boiling cream over the chopped white chocolate.<br />
Let the chocolate melt and stir the mixture.<br />

Add the butter and stir everything into a soft ganache.<br />

<b>Preparation</b><br />
<br />
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.<br />
Grease a cake form of 25 centimeters in with butter.<br />
<br />
Put the butter, light brown basterd sugar, the vanilla extract, and the salt in a bowl<br />
And beat it in minutes to a creamy whole<br />
.<br />
Add the eggs one by one, and beat the batter in between by good.<br />
Spatula the flour, the finely ground walnuts and the baking powder through the batter.<br />
<br />
Mix the dissolving espresso with the strong coffee or espresso and stir together with the coarse chopped Walnuts through the batter.<br />
<br />
Scoop the cake batter into the mould and bake the cake in 50-70 minutes until cooked.<br />
<br />
Let the cake cool briefly and remove it from the shape.<br />
Let it cool down on a grid.<br />
<br />
Put all the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl and<br />
And whisk this in minutes to a creamy glaze.<br />
<br />
Cover the cooled cake with the glaze and sprinkle with the extra chopped walnuts.</div>

5 tablespoons cornstarch<br />
1/2 litres of milk <br />
3 tablespoons sugar-coated <br />
1 packet of vanilla sugar <br />
375 grams Quark<br />
4 tablespoons sugar-coated <br />
1 egg <br />
2 tablespoons lemon juice <br />
1 small can of Mandarin (190 grams) <br />
150 grams halved pitted grapes. <br />

Instructions <br />

Stir the cornstarch in enough cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil. <br />
Pour the stirred cornstarch under constant stirring in the hot milk. Let it boil down and then let this custard cool down stirring constantly. <br />
Stir in the cottage cheese, the sugar, the egg and the lemon juice and then stir in the custard spoon for spoon through it. <br />
Now place layers of quark cream, mandarins and grapes in a bowl or in glasses. Garnish with fruits and ice cold serving.<br />

100 grams + a little soft butter<br />
200 grams of hazelnuts<br />
4 eggs<br />
150 grams of sugar<br />

200gram Ferrero Rocher<br />

400 ml whipped cream<br />

Grease a spring shape in (26cm) with some butter and split the eggs.<br />
Grind the hazelnuts finely in the food processor.<br />
Stir in 100 grams of butter and sugar to a cream.<br />
<br />
Stir the egg yolks through it.<br />
Mix the ground hazelnut with the baking powder and stir the mixture by the Botercrême.<br />
<br />
Beat the egg whites together with 1 tablespoon cold water and a pinch of salt stiff and scoop it gently through the cream.<br />
<br />
Divide the batter over the bottom and bake the bottom for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven (electrically 175 degrees) hot air (150 degrees) gas (stand 2).<br />
<br />
Take the cake bottom from the oven, let it cool down in the spring form and then deposit it on the worktop or a kitchen shelf.<br />
Then let the bottom cool down completely.<br />
<br />
Crush the Ferrero Rocher fine with a fork in a large scale.<br />
<br />

Put the runderpoulet with the water in the pan.<br />
Some salt and put it on the smallest burner what you have and with lid on it, Very gently pulling.<br />
<br />
Then rub a chopped onion, with garlic, sambal, shrimp paste, Ketoembar, Djinten,<br />
Turmeric, and djahe and some salt to a paste in the mortar.<br />
<br />
Some oil in the pan,<br />
Fruit the mixture.<br />
Gently a minute or 10.<br />
<br />
Pour the broth and meat,<br />
With the green beans, the cubes potato and the santen.<br />

1 Glass of milk<br />
2 glasses of sugar<br />

Mix the oil, vanilla sugar and sugar frothy.<br />
Mix the eggs and the milk through it.<br />

Then the flour, baking powder and the cocoa and mix well.<br />
Bake at 175 degrees cooked in a greased cake pans for about 40 minutes.<br />

For the Kirsch Cream filling<br />
3 gelatine leaves<br />
4 tablespoons Kirsch<br />
3.7 DL Whipped Cream<br />
1 teaspoon sugar + a ½ sachet of vanilla sugar<br />
Preparation<br />
Let the gelatin 10 minutes soak in cold water.<br />
Heat the kirsch and let the squeezed gelatin solve it. <br />
Do not beat the whipped cream completely stiff with sugar and vanilla sugar.<br />
Stir in the kirsch mixture through the whipped cream.<br />
Halve the cooled chocolate cake and put half of the kirsch mixture on it, then the other half of the chocolate cake. And finally the other half of the Kirsch cream.<br />
Garnish to your own idea.</div>

240 ml semi-skimmed milk<br />

30 grams of pecans chopped.<br />

<b>For The filling:</b><br />

100 grams of pecans chopped.<br />
1 tablespoon cinnamon<br />
100 grams butter, at room temperature<br />
1 tablespoon flour.<br />

Instructions<br />
<br />
Preheat the Oven to 170 degrees.<br />
<br />
Grease a tulbamncake with butter and bestuif the inside with flour.<br />
Tap the excess flower again.<br />
<br />
Divide the 30 grams of chopped pecans over the bottom of the turban shape.<br />
This becomes later the top of the cake.<br />
<br />
Stir the flour, baking soda, salt and puddingmix together. Then turn to the side.<br />
Beat with the mixer the butter and sugar airy. Add the eggs and mix them well.<br />
<br />
Then Add the milk, the sour cream, and the vanilla extract.<br />
If you have all mixed up to an airy mass, add the already mixed the flour-pudding mixture. Whisk well together.<br />
<br />
Stir The 100 grams of chopped pecans, the cream butter, cinnamon and flour together.<br />
Pour a third of the cake batter into the turban shape. Divide then half of the pecan-cinnamon butter mixture over the batter.<br />

Then Pour another third of the batter into the shape.<br />

Put the cake in the oven (slightly below the middle) and bake it in 60-70 minutes until baked.<br />

The cake is ready when a wooden skewer is clean.<br />

4 slices Butter Puff<br />
Icing sugar<br />
100 gram Mascarpone<br />
1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
Grate of 1/3 Lemon<br />
2 cm fresh ginger root (grated)<br />
4 tablespoons sugar (brown caster sugar)<br />
2 apples, peeled and thin slices<br />
1 tablespoon cream butter<br />

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (or 210 degrees for hot air)<br />

Bake until the sugar is caramelised. Let the apples cool well.<br />

Always put 2 puff halves before you and spread 1 half with the Mascarponecrême. Put thereupon overlapping the slices of apple and put the other half puff pastry top.<br />

Cut the beef rags into equal pieces and leave them for 20 minutes in the marinade.<br />

In the meantime, put your water and make sure the water boils, then cook the rice for about 12 minutes until it is done.<br />
