Hungarian GOULASH from the cooking pot
for 4 persons
Ingredients

2 onions
750 grams of skinny beef rags
50 grams diced bacon
50 grams butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon mild paprika powder
1 tablespoon hot pepper powder
1 full teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 meat broth tablet
1 red and 1 green pepper
4 large Potatos (approx. 500 g)
2 dl sieved tomatoes
Pinch salt
pepper

onions peeling and sniping.

Skinny beef rags cut into cubes.

Bake In a casserole breakfast bacon gently.

Add and heat butter. Onions approx. 3 minutes of fruit.

Garlic peels and above-squeeze.

Stir and fry the pepper powders.

Add: Meat cubes, caraway seed, marjoram, 1.2 gallons of water and broth tablet.

Bring to a boil and simmer with lid on pan meat for about 2 hours.

In the meantime, clean peppers, wash and cut into pieces.

Potatoes peel, wash and cut into cubes.

Prepare: Add to goulash potato cubes, paprika pieces and sieved tomatoes. In still approx. 1/2 hours simmer gently. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with mixed lettuce and possibly with rice.

Preparing: Approx. 2.1/2 hours of preparation: approx. 40 minutes.
