Sigara Böreği Recipe

Ingredients

3 sheets filo pastry (freezer, pack a 225 gram
200 gram Fetta
10 grams fresh parsley
10 grams fresh dill
1 egg (s)
Oli to fry

Instructions

(Filo pastry ca. 2 hours and 15 minutes in advance according to user manual defrost.)

Feta with Fork fine Palmer. Chop parsley and dill finely and mix with feta.

Above two bowls of protein and egg yolk separating.

Mix egg yolks by feta.

Filo pastry sheets on countertops and cut diagonally in quarters. Cut triangles in half to cut 8 triangles from each sheet.

On wide section of triangle ca. 2 teaspoons cheese filling.

Fold sides of triangle over filling inside and roll up triangles to point.

Cover and stick with protein. Place the rolls side by side and keep to use with damp tea towel.

Preparation: In Deep fryer oil heat up to approx. 180 °c. Do not bake approx. 8 at the same time in approx. 3 minutes of gold brown. Rolls on kitchen paper drain.

Hot serving with cup of tea or as mezze.

Preparing: approx. 20 minutes of preparation: approx. 25 minutes.
