Original Finnish plate cake recipe
Ingredients
• 300 grams. not to hot, melted butter
• 500 grams. Dark brow. Brown sugar
• 2 sachets vanilla sugar
• 500 grams self raising flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• 3 dl. milk
• 4 eggs
• 50 grams. melt butter, Brown should not be
• 6 TSP Nescafe powder
Instructions
The melted butter, sugar and vanilla sugar 10 min mix, then add the eggs one by one.
Self raising flour and cocoa mix and then seven and alternating with the milk in the batter.
Greasing or baking sheet with parchment paper. Create and distribute evenly over the batter out.
About 40 mins in the oven baking at 160 degrees.
If the cake is ready and cooled him cover with glaze
GLAZE;
50 grams. melt butter (should not be Brown)
6 tl. NESCAFÉ dissolve in a little water and do this with the butter.
100 grams. powdered sugar, stir and then spreading out over the cake. Then your choice sprinkle with sliced almonds or peanuts or there coconut about straw.
If the slice is ready you can put it in ca. 25 pieces cut. This cake is also good to keep in the freezer.
Bake 10 minutes longer, at a slightly smaller plate.
