Cheese fritters with herb butter
for 4 persons | preparation: approx. 25 min
Ingredients
125 g soft butter
1 tsp finely chopped parsley 1 tsp finely chopped Chervil
1 tsp finely chopped chives
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 Pack poffertjesmix
100 g grated mature cheese (freshly ground) pepper
40 g melted butter
Instructions
Mix the soft butter, herbs and lemon juice in a bowl.
Make the poffertjes batter according to package directions and add the cheese and pepper to taste.
Brush the pan with a brush with the Burrows of a melted butter. Fill in the hole for the half with batter and fry the pancakes quickly on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Serve the pancakes with a knob of butter.
Delicious with halved cherry tomatoes.
