Mocha Cake with cream recipe
Ingredients
1 packet Hazelnut cake
100 grams margarine
75 CC Water
2 eggs
1/4 1 Room
125 grams of icing sugar
2 teaspoons Nescafe
2 tablespoons kirsch washer
40 grams of grated chocolate
2 leaves White gelatin
12 Small Mocha Beans
Instructions
Whisk the soft margarine creamy with the cake powder, the eggs and the water.
Put the dough in the greased cake pans and bake it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees 35 minutes at the bottom of the oven.
Let it cool down.
Cut the cake once in half and fill it with cream filling.
Soak thereby the gelatin in cold water and whisk the cream rigidly.
Gradually sift powdered sugar, then Nescafe, kirsch washer and grated chocolate.
Finally, the squeezed gelatin is dissolved in a tablespoon of boiling water and stirred by the cream.
Now fill the sliced cake.
Keep a little cream behind to garnish with it.
Crown the decoration with mocha beans.
