Delicious Donuts Recipe
For 12 annular domuts
Ingredients
2 eggs
240 grams of self-rising flour
Pinch of salt
About 1.1/2 dl milk (or use half milk half cream)
30 grams melted butter
Oil or grease to bake
60 a 85 gram white caster sugar
For 12 round Donuts
The same ingredients as above, but reduce the amount of milk or mixture of milk and cream to 12 tablespoons.
Instructions: for annular domuts
Sift the flour with the salt, whisk the eggs through and gradually add the milk and melted butter during stirring.
Knead the dough lightly, it should be pretty soft.
Take small pieces of it and knead rings from there.
See if the oil or grease is already hot enough.
Put the doughnuts in the pan and fry in a short time golden brown.
Remove them from the pan and let them drain on grey paper and roll them through the sugar.

Sift the flour with the salt, add the egg yolks, milk or milk with cream and the melted butter.
Beat the egg whites stiffly, scoop it gently through the dough.
Let the dough of a spoon fall into the pan.
Put the doughnuts in the pan and fry in a short time golden brown.
Remove them from the pan and let them drain on grey paper and roll them through the sugar.
Note: Baking time is about 5 minutes.
